This course will provide a practical overview of Return on Investment (ROI) and its uses in evaluating human capital management initiatives – particularly in government.

Kathleen Ott is the Deputy Program Manager for HR Access at Lockheed Martin, a shared service provider for the Transportation Security Administration. She leads the operational delivery of Human Resources services in support of the employee life-cycle, including conducting the business impact and ROI analysis of the methodology by which the services are provided. Ms. Ott is a graduate of CHCI’s Certified Human Capital Innovator workshop and its ROI Analysis & Forecasting Workshop.
