The Center for Human Capital Innovation (CHCI) will be hosting a learning roundtable to discuss bold ideas for senior executive development in the government. The event, on July 28 from 8:30 – 12:30 in Arlington, VA, will include invited thought leaders from industry, such as senior leaders from IBM, GE, MIT, Monster, Computer Science Corporation, PDRI, Saba Corporation and Lockheed-Martin as well as senior executives from government organizations. The session will engage these representatives from public and private sector arenas in a dynamic discussion on senior leader development in the government. The objective of the roundtable is to determine an optimal framework for a federal government leadership development program for an entire agency or for government-wide application.
If you are interested in learning more or nominating a senior executive to be invited, please email
tom.myette@centerforhci.org or call CHCI at 571-970-4250. It would be most helpful to include a short explanation of why your nominee should be invited to attend.
