Human Capital Council

The Government Human Capital Council is a select group of leaders in senior government, academia, and industry. The council was formed in 2010 by the CHCI Advisory Boad (AKA: The Talent Management in Government Consortium) to advise the consortium in its research, events and education initiatives. The council is dedicated to improving the management of talent throughout government in order to strengthen the nation.
