Roger Campbell

Roger Campbell is a Director in the Public Services Solutions practice of BearingPoint Inc. He has 30 plus years’ experience in the field of human capital field by bringing his experience, expertise and strategies to help many organizations to surge ahead. He is creditworthy for developing human capital business strategy in public sector organizations, and has supported a wide range of client needs including leadership development, recruitment and staffing, knowledge management, human capital strategic planning, effectiveness and efficiency studies, and outsourcing strategies.
Prior to this, he worked as Director of Human Capital Strategy with Monster Government Solutions; Director, Office of Human Resources with the National Reconnaissance Office; and almost 30 years with the Central Intelligence Agency as Senior HR Director and Manager. After leaving federal service, he also served for a period with the management consulting firm, Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. where his role was providing advice and counsel human resource managers in the Intelligence Community.
