Changing the way government manages its talent is an ambitious agenda, too large for any one person or group. We need you to get involved. You can help by making recommendations for new research, webcasts or events. You can volunteer articles, comment on our daily discussion blog, post guest blogs of your own and participate in our regular surveys.
