Valli Swerdlow

Background: After over a decade in international talent management career with small, and medium to Fortune 500 corporate clients, Valli transitioned to offering leadership/career development services for individuals, corporations and organizations in virtual, one-on-one and on-site environments. Valli currently runs her own coaching company.

Coaching Philosophy: Valli is passionate about branding. Her mission is to show coachees that whether they are in a current position and want mobility within their organization to redefine their purpose, or are looking to reinvent themselves and find their passion somewhere else, branding is now an essential part of their value proposition and used as a differentiator. She partners with coachees to create their own personal brand.

Certifications: Valli is a member of the International Coaching Federation, with her certification for Leadership and Career Coaching from the University of Rochester. She is also certified on a number of instruments including 360 assessments for leadership development and is a certified 360 Reach Brand Analyst.

Education: Valli received her M.S. in Clinical Therapy from Boston University. She has a B.S. from RIT.
