Coaching and Mentoring

CHCI offers coaching and mentoring services to meet the leadership development needs of senior leaders, managers, and other high-performing individuals. CHCI has access to a professionally certified network of executive coaches. The coaches have diverse backgrounds and extensive experience providing services to both the private and public sectors.

The coaching and mentoring are customized to address the business needs of each client and target the client's desired outcomes. Coaching and mentoring represent a human capital development strategy which enhances the professional capabilities, confidence, and competencies of the coachee.
