During the most recent webinar, 71% of participants indicated that they have not participated in an experiential leadership development program?  What can account for these results? (i.e. are these types of opportunities not offered at your agency? Budget constraints? Employees not genuinely valuing these opportunities?  Leaders not being willing to let these employees participate?)
